Citgo Pacemaker Oils – CITGO Pacemaker Oils are rust and oxidation (R&O) inhibited oils. They are general purpose lubricants, sometimes described as circulating oils, turbine oils, hydraulic oils or bearing oils. They contain defoamer and are readily separable from water, i.e., highly demulsible.They are manufactured from high viscosity index base stocks. These oils are made from selected high quality, paraffinic base stocks. Their high viscosity index imparts superior temperature-viscosity characteristics. Long service life in closed circulating systems is assured by low carbon-forming tendency and excellent resistance to oxidation, rusting and foaming.

 

Mobil SHC 600 Series – The upgraded Mobil SHC 600 Series lubricants are supreme performance gear and bearing oils designed to provide outstanding service in terms of equipment protection, oil life and problem-free operation helping to enable increased customer productivity. These scientifically engineered oils are formulated using the latest proprietary and patent pending Mobil SHC technology to provide outstanding and balanced performance in demanding applications at high and low temperatures, well beyond the capabilities of conventional oils. These products are resistant to mechanical shear, even in heavily loaded gear and high shear bearing applications, so that there is virtually no loss of viscosity.

 

Mobilgear 600 XP Series – The Mobilgear 600 XP Series are extra high performance gear oils having outstanding extreme pressure characteristics and load-carrying properties, intended for use in all types of enclosed gear drives with circulation or splash lubrication systems. Mobilgear 600 XP Series is formulated to protect gear teeth from wear at its earliest stages. Mobilgear 600 XP Series oils are recommended for industrial spur, helical and bevel enclosed gears with circulation or splash lubrication, operating at bulk oil temperatures up to 100ºC. They are particularly suitable for gear sets working under heavy or shock loads. Mobilgear 600 XP oils also find broad application in marine gearing applications. They may also be used in non-gear applications include highly loaded and slow speed plain and rolling contact bearings.

 

Mobil SHC Gear Series – The Mobil SHC Gear 1500, 3200, and 6800 lubricants are supreme performance heavy-duty gear oils primarily designed for all kinds of enclosed gearing as well as plain and rolling element bearings. They are designed to provide outstanding service in terms of equipment protection, oil life, and problem-free operation enabling increased customer productivity. They have excellent protection against gear scuffing and resistance to shock loading. The synthetic base stocks have inherently low traction properties that result in low fluid friction in the load zone of non-conforming surfaces such as gears and rolling element bearings. Reduced fluid friction produces lower operating temperatures and improved gear efficiency. Mobil SHC Gear 1500, 3200, and 6800 are the products of choice for many OEMs and customers world-wide based on their wide application range and superb performance in tough situations.

 

Mobil SHC Gear 22M and 46M are supreme performance ultra high viscosity synthetic lubricants designed specifically for use in heavily loaded, low speed open gears where boundary lubrication conditions often prevail. They are formulated from synthetic base stocks, which have remarkable low-temperature fluidity, even at such high viscosity grades. The additive formulation also provides excellent gear scuffing protection, anti-wear performance and rust and corrosion inhibition. Mobil SHC Gear 22M and 46M exceed Falk Corporation’s minimum viscosity requirements for intermittent lubrication of gears – winter and summer grades, respectively. These grades also meet the viscosity requirements for AGMA lubricant numbers 14R and 15R, respectively, although they are not residual lubricants.

 

Teresstic Oil Series – The TERESSTIC line of circulating oils consists of nine viscosity grades. Eight of these grades are blended to viscosity values that conform to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) viscosity classification system. TERESSTIC 77 is an intermediate grade between ISO viscosity grades 68 and 100. All TERESSTIC grades shed water readily and are highly resistant to emulsification. These properties promote water separation in the reservoir. Foam Resistance and Air Release – The trend toward shorter residence time for oils in reservoirs makes it essential that industrial circulating oils resist foaming and readily eliminate entrained air. All TERESSTIC grades contain foam inhibitors. TERESSTIC oils are formulated with rust inhibitors. Grades 32 through 100 pass both distilled and salt water versions of ASTM D 665. The heavier grades are tested in the distilled water version only. The TERESSTIC line also passes the ASTM copper strip corrosion test, assuring protection of copper and bronze.

 

Citgo EP Compound – CITGO EP Compounds provide a complete range of gear oils designed for extra-duty service in a wide variety of industrial applications where extreme pressure conditions prevail. These lubricants are made from high quality, solvent-refined base stocks. Selected ashless additives assure extreme pressure properties and provide particularly effective anti-wear characteristics under all service conditions. These products contain an additive which enables mist application with directed delivery of the oil and control of stray mist. They also provide excellent resistance to oxidation and foaming and are noncorrosive.

 

Citgo Citgear Synthetic EP – CITGO CITGEAR Synthetic EP Gear Lubricants are a complete line of products designed for gear applications operating at high temperatures and/or very low temperatures, severe conditions, or requiring extreme pressure (EP) protection. CITGO CITGEAR Synthetic EP Gear Lubricants are recommended for gears requiring EP protection, operating under high temperatures, for applications which experience a wide range of temperatures and where a long lasting fluid is desired for extended drain intervals. They are particularly recommended for lubricating industrial enclosed gears, “sealed-for-life” systems, and heavily loaded plain or roller element bearings.
